I have a Motorola E815 and when i put the charger all the way in it says "Low Battery" and automatically turns off. Does anyone know what I can do???

your phone is still under warranty most likely. The phone only came out in may of 2006. You need to go into the Alltel retail store and have them do a warranty exchange on the battery. If that doesn't work they will exchange the phone as well. Keep in mind that the battery MOTOROLA includes with that phone is not nearly as good as the one they replace it with in the store. Also, the E815 uses the old style moto charger and you MUST...I REPEAT MUST hold down the button everytime you put the charger in and take it out. Your charging port could be damaged and then you will have to file an insurance claim to get a new phone. Warranty doesn't cover it because it's physical damange. That is something that Alltel doesn't have control over unfortunatly. HONESTLY...have them replace the phone and battery. It sounds more like a software issue come to think of it. Try that.
