I had both. The first one was a natural delivery with out anesthetics of any kind. I got to the hospital a little late for that, but the delivery was great.
The second one, was looking OK to me but the doctors decided to go for a C-section at the last minute, the child was in need of oxygen.
if you have a choice, it will good for you to know that the recuperation from regular delivery is fast and easy.
the recuperation from C-section is longer.

LOL at the same time as i become pregnant with my first, I T-Vo'd each instruct i ought to locate about giving delivery. you truly want a vaginal shipping, if in any respect ability feasible. The therapeutic time is way less because your body heals evidently, and also, C-Sections are invasive and pose a larger threat (it is substantial surgical procedure) the purely way you'll in all probability have a c-section although is that if there's a hardship, which if so will be THEE safest way. to respond to your different question, restore cases variety for each woman. I tore and also advanced hemrhoids, so i did not experience 'primary' back for 6 months. for sure it particularly is an severe.

Well I only had vaginal....but a few of my friends had to have c-section and all of them say they really wished they had vaginal, and both of them intend to try vaginal next time. The only reason they did c-section was bc it was a high risk birth

As for me, I had a wonderful experience with my vaginal delivery. My labor was 7 hours, i got an epidural after 5, then slept for almost 2 hours until I started pushing...i wasn't pushing long at all before he was out...and had barely any pain after the birth.

GOOD LUCK!

I have had BOTH. My first 2 pregnancies were vaginal deliveries with no complications. I got pregnant with identical twin boys my 3rd pregnancy with complications (twin to twin transfusion syndrome---VERY RARE). I had to have an emergency c-section with the twins). Five months after my twins were born I unexpectedly got pregnant again. Because of my recent c-section and the fact that it takes a couple of years for your body to completely heal from a cesarean (so I've been told) I did request a c-section with my last pregnancy. With any surgery it is always somewhat painful when healing, but not unbearable. In my case the pain from having surgery was no comparison to the pain I had during labor. The labor was far worse for me (unbearable--no spinal), but it is true that when it's over it's over....no more pain. If I had to do it again I would opt for the c-section personally, but there are woman out there that do go through labor with hardly any pain. Who knows, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. Congratulations and good luck!!! : )

My oldest daughter was born vaginally. Quick labor and delivery full-term baby, a little small, but ok. My second daughter, had VERY LOW amniotic fluid (1.9, 10 is normal) and had to be delivered via c-section at 33.3weeks gestation. She was also a complete breech. So no, it was not by choice, but by neccesity.

My wife had both. The doctor made the decision the first time to do a C because we could not get a steady heartbeat from the baby. Everything turned out OK.
The second time she was encouraged by the Dr to go natural.
