I started to get really sick last Sunday (beginning with a migraine on Saturday, which are semi-rare for me) and spent Sunday night and all day Monday extremely nauseas vomiting every time I ate ANYTHING. Tuesday I felt fine except for a little bit of nausea that evening. Then, most of Wednesday I was nauseas again but was able to hold things down. I went to work Thursday feeling for the most part ok and ended up REALLY sick that night, with dry heaving Friday morning every 45 minutes or so from about 2 am to 7:30 am. Since then I've just had a few hours a night of feeling a little ditzy (nauseas, but more in the chest and throat if that makes sense and a LITTLE dizzy, almost like I was coming down from a slight alcohol buzz.) I haven't had any more nausea but that weird feeling seems to be a regular visitor each night since then. I finished my last period (slight irregular) early the week before I got sick and began spotting tonight.

Yes it is common, I had the same question not long ago. At 4-5 weeks, , I was sick, crampy, I had head aches. I had it all. The one day I woke up with none and this lasted a couple of days. I started to get concerned, so like you I posted a question on Answers, but also, I called my doctor. She said yes it was totaly normal, I should not worry and they would probably come back, and a few days later I was sick as I have ever been, but now, the seem to have faded again. I wouldn't worry if I were you, but it would probably make you feel better if you spoke with your doctor about it. As long as you haven't had any major bleeding and or cramping though I would guess you are fine.

What symptoms? I had 4 kids and the only "symptoms" I ever had were no periods and bye abd bye a big tummy. Pregnancy is not a disease - relax and enjoy the wonderful experience!
