Vaginal secretions are the lubrication produced during sexual arousal, and yes, it's safe to ingest. She might even thank you for it.
"Discharge" has nothing to do with arousal - it happens constantly, as the vaginal clean itself. And as for the second part of your question, well, just don't.

It is called discharge.It should be clear or milky in color.That would be a normal discharge.If it is green,brown,red,yellow that is an abnormal discharge and she should see a doctor....I dont know of anyone getting sick from a normal discharge but an abnormal one would cause you to be very ill if it is an STD
