does anybody have any ideas or simple plans on how to easily build a small incinerator. In my line of work at the end of the week i am left with tons of cardboard boxes about the size of a shoebox that i am sick of having to jump on, cut up, cruch and so on. Note this incinerator should minimize smoke output if possible?

yeah its easy.. its called a 55 gallon drum with the top cut off and some holes poked in the bottom (both the bottom for water drainage for rain and bottom rim on the outside for air supply.. country boys use em all the time...

oh and the hotter the burn the less the smoke (cardboard is fine) Just but a piece of expanded metal (kindda like screen but heavier) over the top to minimize hot flecks going about in the up draft.. no need to start a forest fire ya know..

You could get more complicated..(firebrick.. actual chimney via pipe, doors etc...) but the premise is still the same the one described is the most simple.. and when it gets to burnded out and rusty ( a year or two) just make another one..

I would suggest looking for a small compactor. You could put the cardboard into small "bricks" and then recycle them.
