Ask your daughter if you can see it (does she feel this is something too private or is she willing to share it with you).
If she refuses, you know you have cause for concern.

If the myspace is set to private the only way that you can access the info is to have her approve you as a friend

Ask her to see it.
You shouldn't have to sneak around in order to check on her. If you can't trust her to show you her myspace profile, why are you trusting her alone on the internet?
