I'm always tired and I wake up in the morning feeling like I never went to sleep. I already know I could be eating better and am working on that but what are some other ways to get alittle more energy? I don't drink energy drinks because they make my heart flutter and am alittle hesitant to try a natural supplement.

Check with you doctor. You may have a sleep disorder. I've read that it is fairly common for people to stop breathing in their sleep....repeatedly all night. You wouldn't even know it though, because you don't fully wake up when it happens. so you wake up and you are not rested at all. also, your doctor can check your blood to make sure you don't have any other problems going on. good Luck!

That little mention about your heart fluttering is the clue. See a doc. Something's not quite right. You may just be way out of condition. But, healthy hearts don't flutter, and the conditions that can make them flutter will make you feel tired as you have described here.

I need more info...what is your schedule at the daytime...do you have to work very hard...stress full? Do you have good friends you see daily/ regularly. Do you get intellectual challenged ..like reading a book or study. Do you just sit for the TV. Take a nice walk before bedtime if possible and safe and do not watch TV...a lot on the TV takes your energy down, and diminish a good night rest.
