Depends on what games you want to play.
Imo Xbox360 > Wii > PS3.
i bought PS2 for the final fantasy and resident evil series. Now these games will be released on xbox also, so im not going to pay 599 for a PS3.

i have a 360 and wii. i love both. but i got one of the first 360s so its messed up. but id take a ps3 if i had to choose one. bluray player and great graphics and motion sensor for some games. but its just too expensive and wasnt the first to come out.

i own a 360
a lot of the games have been alerted as skipping a lot. (this is for sure in dead rising)
i wouldnt get a wii personally, mostly because i am nto too much of a fan of the new controllers, unless i was playing in a swordfight or something. you cna hurt you wrist that way.
id get the PS3. the blueray laser on it makes the gaming experience damn near godly

It all depends on the games you play, I got the Wii because I like the Nintendo games.

ps3 eventhough the price is high, the pleasure is indiscribable, others ok too, but the best thing is final fantasy and gran turismo only release for this console.
