Sounds to me like you're about to have your first period. For your stomach, use a heating pad, warm bath or a ziplock baggie full of warm water. You'll be surprised how fast those cramps fade! Welcome to womanhood kiddo!

Hon, if you are not sure if you have had a period or not, you most likely haven't.
You are the age when a period starts. Your breasts are reacting to hormonal changes and your stomach hurting is most likely menstral cramps.
Make sure you are ready with some pads when your period hits you. There will be enough blood passing that will make you know for sure that you have had your period.
Cut back on junk food and sweets. Eat healthy, exercise. Use hot water bottle or a hot tub bath to ease cramping. Stay away from Chocolate when you have your period. There are over the counter medications for cramps if you feel like you need to take something for the discomfort.
You are capable of getting pregnant.......so please obstain untill you are old enough to be a parent or please learn about contrceptives and don't trust that sort of information from your friends.

I'm not certain this is true for your case, but some females have sore breasts before or during their period. There are many things that go along with periods and sore or tender breasts is one of them. As you said you don't have your first period, it could be a sign that you are going to be having your first period soon. I know two to three days before I have my period my breasts are sore and tender. Then the day my period starts they are fine. Also, you mention stomach cramps. Aches and pains in the abdomen are often a sign of periods too. It's normal for girls to have cramps during their period. It's very possible you are going to be having your first period soon. If you don't and the stomach pains and the sore breasts keep up you should go to the doctor.

This is just your body's normal response to breast development. We all went through it, so you're not alone. Avoid getting hit in the chest for a while. It will go away as your breasts develop further.
Now is a good time to begin breast self-exams. It's a good habit to get in to so you'll always know if something isn't right with your breasts and you can tell your doctor. You should do them every month during the week following your period.
The tummy aches, if low in your tummy may be early cramping in preparation for begining your period. You might want to keep a pad or two with you at school, just in case.

Hormonal variances usually cause tender breasts, sometimes just before a period and sometimes also mid-cycle (when ovulating).
Belly aches (cramps) are the uterus contracting to expel menstrual blood.
Might want to wear some thin padding to be sure not to have an accident!

your fine honey, just growing up. some young women have trouble the first couple of years because your body is growin and stretching. your periods will becaome more regular hopefully before long.you can go online to teen programs or go to a womens health network and ask the drs, or nurses online. this is very private and they will answer all of your questions. i am 56 and i still go to various sites for help. make sure you have the right bra size also because you dont want those babies to rub you if you dont have enough room and also if you have too much room they are not held in place firmly.

breasts can hurt like two big toothaches when estrogen rises in the body like 2 weeks before your period and they can really hurt beleive me! your stomach aches prob because of you thinking about something being wrong with you. wait out this month and check for any discharge light pink or brown so you can determine if you are having your period.

Then I bet your period is on it's way...(you'd know if you had your period, you bleed from your vagina)...so you're probably gonna start soon...your breasts may hurt for every period you have throughout life, or they may not...it's not stomach aches...it's cramps...(in your pelvis ??? your stomach isn't there, it's up near your rib cage...)

What do you mean your not sure if you had period yet? Sounds to me like your experiencing preminstrial symptoms. I would tell you rmother you symptoms and ask for her advice. She may want u to see a doctor, but I expect what you're experiencing is natural and part of you becoming a woman.
