A Junior should be in Algebra II, Geometry is usually a sophomore class, but it isn't really terrible.

The juniors at my school are taking Trig/Pre-Calc, Calculus AB/BC, Algebra II, or AP Stats. There are still some taking Geometry, though.

It depends on your school system.
In mine...
9th grade was Algebra 1
10th grade was Geometry
11th grade was Algebra 2 & 3
12th grade was Algebra 3 & Calculus or Trig
