omg i cant swallow any pills!!! even if they r tiny, any shape any how...i just cant....but if i really really really have to...then i crush em like cocaine or swallow with food. but thats not always 100%....

I take approximately 30 pills a day - and swallow them in two handfuls. No problem, as long as there's plenty of water!

I used to have to put my medicine in applesauce (and only my grandmother's at that ~ hers is the best), but I've gotten better about my gag reflex over the years ;)

Yes. Swallowing isnt that hard just drink some one bottle of h2o throw your head back and gulp.

The tiniest pill, if it's dry, even with a glass of water sticks right here.
