If it was the same neighbor that has 12+ cats running loose, I'd pult them back into his yard.

Well I'd really rather have his pinball machine or his dirt bike, but if it has to be the catapult, I'm sure I could conduct some interesting physics experiments utilizing water balloons aimed at that trampoline several doors down.
