if so, how? Can you play it on windows media player? mine won't.
I have windows xp 2003. is there a special program to download or get? Also, how do you burn DVD's? Do u have 2 get a dvd burner? How do u download dvds?

yes if you have a dvd-rom drive (it will say on it) if u do, download DVD player morpher gold. do a google search for it. its an amazing program

You can play DVD's on your computer only if you have a DVD-rom drive OR a DVD-burner. You can only make DVD's if you have a DVD burner.

You cannot use your CD drive to play or burn DVD's.

As far as where you can download DVD's, there are some pay sites available, though the technology is up and coming.

Downloading through other means is not legal, and the quality is often poor.

You need to get a newer platform computer that on the server says DVD compact disk. You download DVDs by saving it, open it in windows media, and click on burn, the cd has to be a DVD though. You can buy empty DVDs.

Best way to find out is put a dvd in the drawer. You won't hurt anything.
