IT IS EVIDENT THAT WE ARE FIGHTING A NEVER ENDING BATTLE. THIS WAR HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE I WAS A CHILD(DESERT STORM). IT SETTLES THEN RISES AGAIN. THIS WAR AND IT'S ISSUES HAVE TO BE DEALT WITH AMONGST THE SHIITE AND SUNNI MUSLIM LEADERS...THIS IS MORE A RELIGIOUS DISPUTE, BUSH IS MAKING IT POLITICAL. WE CAN'T TRUELY HELP THOSE PEOPLE.

We can't help these people or you are just tired of trying to help other people? Just because we can't understand their culture doesn't mean their any less deserving of our help.

You really have no idea what's going on there, do you?

This is not an internal fight. We went in because George Bush wanted to. It wasn't to help anyone.

We destroyed the infrastructure of the country in an attempt to establish our form of government in a country that didn't want it.

The country is in turmoil and if we leave now there will be a horrible civil war betewen the parts that happen to be left. If we stay with no logical agenda, we're killing and being killed.

This is a war that shouldn't have been started, and as yet, no-one knows how to end it. That's the problem.

to answer direct your question -- this is not a geometrical question - where you search for a given "point" to stop drawing the line. this is a life and death situation-- where one major country tries to help-- a not so big player in world politics -- get back to its feet -- after a dictatorial regime. mistakes, errors were done --no doubt about it. now we (i.e. usa) must come to terms on what it wants and it can accomplish and draw the line -- not the point. hope it helps.
