Catherine Zeta-Jones, by a long shot! Then I'd say Kate Beckinsdale, then Kate Winslet, and Liz Hurley. I never thought Liz Hurley was that pretty..I don't much care for English accents, and I think her face is too long and gaunt. Catherine Zeta-Jones, though she is getting older, is still drop-dead gorgeous and classically beautiful. So is Kate Beckinsdale, she just doesn't convey the same strong aura that Zeta-Jones conveys, and Kate Winslet is very pretty in her own way. Not to say that she's ugly, but she is not classically beautiful.

I think if you are talking right now, it would have to be Kate Beckinsale. If you we talking about the year of the first Zorro movie, than I would say Catherine Zeta Jones. Elizabeth Hurley may not be prettier, but she has a potentially HIGH hotness rating because of her accent.
