Only way is to eat one food each sitting.

Have you considered that you are eating too fast, and that is what is causing your problem?

Fiber is what bloats, ironically. Either start cooking the broccoli and beans with some vinegar (to start breaking it down) or take beano.
Try eating just proteins for 1 or 2 days, to confirm that it is the fiber tho . . . then, if by some unlikely chance you are still bloating, skip the naturepath and go to a regular doctor & ask for an MRI.

rotation diet

subtract a food (whatever you suspect it is or alternate with different types and test them all) for a week. leave it out of your diet completely for a full 7 days. let your system clear itself of it. if you don't, your results may be inaccurate because your body dulls the reaction foods can have on you when you're used to subjecting yourself to it. after 7 days without the food, reintroduce it into your diet with every meal. see how you feel. after having it completely out of your system for a week, the reaction it has with your body will be more prevalent and clearer to you. that way, you can determine if you react to anything. i'd start with dairy products, specifically stuff with lactose in it...milk, yogurt, ice cream. cheese doesn't have much but i'd leave that out too. if that's okay, i'd move on to wheat. it could be an allergy.

Just eat that one thing for a day. If it doesn't do it, try the same with another food.
I like chocolate milk but I can't drink it anymore.

try keeping a food journal... write down what you eat right after you eat it.. then write what reaction you got from it.. and soon you'll see a pattern... good luck!
