Run far away from this player. He only wants to have sex with a virgin; probably to win points with his buddies, which of course means he'll brag about it.
Your first sexual encounter should be with someone who respects you as a human being and as a woman. It should be with someone who loves you. A man who just wants sex but won't date you has no respect or love for himself, let alone for you.
Respect yourself enough to wait for a man who will treat you with dignity. This guy is a great example of what that DOESN'T look like.
P.S. a 'cool friend' wouldn't even have the audacity to ask. Dump that chump!

I truly think that your virginity is worth alot more then a one night stand! I would tell him no way and move on because that's very disrespectful! Remember you can only lose it once and I'm sure you don't want him going around your school telling all his friends that he took your virginity, On top of it nothing will come out of it. The names that you are going to be called are just to harsh to put here. Please take my advice and the other people that care enough to tell you that it's a bad idea.

WHY, WHY, WHY would you like him a lot? He only cares about disrespecting you. You are worth so much more than that piece of crap. Save yourself for a guy that will go out with you first, love you first, to give your virginity.
Trust me girl - kick the jerk to the curb! DO NOT DO IT!!! In fact, I suggest never talking to the guy again. Your so young there are so many nice guys that are cute out there.

You probably shouldn't give in to him, it seems like he only wants you for sex. Find someone who loves you in return and doesn't make you feel scared. When the time is right you won't have to feel scared, you'll just feel right. This guy sounds like a sleazeball, give him the boot! If he's never going to go out with you, never have sex with him, no matter how cute he is. Who knows, he might have all sorts of nasty diseases with a personality like that.

He's not worth your time or your energy and certainly not your virginity if he nevers intends to go out with you. In a way, you're lucky because he did have the heart (if that's what it is) to tell you where his mind was honestly, so there would be no question as to what you were possibly getting yourself into.
I say to tell him that you respect his opinion, but that he's not worth it. You don't have to use that exact wording, but something to that effect, and make it believable.

Run like hell. He's a user. You'll feel used and betrayed. Wait until you are ready, and remember that sex and love can feel alot alike, but are not always the same. You are lucky you waited, lots of people would have gone for it, and been hurting later (years later. . .)

don't do it....same thing happened to me but something happened thx god and i didn't go through with it...its not rite...b w/ someone to make it special and u won't regret....trust me...i mean now looking back, i was sad about other things and i told this guy alot too...we are friends he says but we never talk...u kno? i thought he was cute too...but u kno...u never kno about how much it will hurt and get u more attached...especially if u like him now...actually they are jerks....he was...but i was just blind to it...

no no no no and no......there is nothing there ....he said that he would never go out with you ....would you really want to lose your virginity to some guy who doesn't care about you ...all he wants is sex and personally I think he is a jerk....my advice tell him off.
