They appear to be a race constantly happy and living off a diet of breadsticks and watery soups and salads and constantly changing pasta dishes.

I would guess that they were Italian but I am unsure if they are a race of people who only eat at the Olive Garden. Any thoughts?

They're supposed to be Italian, but no Italian I know would be caught dead in there.

They are called a race of happy, well paid commercial actors of no specific national origin, probably American since that is where we are.
