Pirates of the Carribean for sure!
I sat throught the first LotR, and want those three hours back! It was no where near as good as people made it to be. I couldn't even sit throught the second one....

Lord of the rings, much more detailed and deeper plot. Pirates is cool entertainment though.

Hands down Lord of the Rings. It's a classic as books and would probably be also classic as movies.
