sicko soon to be ex...claims daughter his to courts...shes not his bio child and hasnt seen him since she was 18 mos...and baby brother (biological) was 4 mos...he takes no intrest in the son at all..just he...all or nothing with him...can i bring paternity case against him..he had one against me and he withdrew it!!!

btw..he has not paid a dime of child support....the kids are 3 and 4 now!

There is no reason to force a non-biological father to take a paternity test. If HE wants to take a test the HE will have to petition the court to do so ...you can't, since you claim the child isn't biologically his there is nothing YOU can do to prove other wise

Don't play games with the court or Judge. If you know the child not to be his don't waste your time or money. In some cases you may have to pay for the test and court costs if the child is not his. If he is paying child support for the child he will be considered the father.....biological or not(in most cases).

ABSOLUTELY! The Courts order DNA Paternity tests all the time. It's time for you to get yourself back to court before this sicko does something really bad!
