Open it up and let it dry its the only thing you can do , if it does not work then use your cell phone insurance , if you don't have insurance then time to buy a new phone !

This happened to a friend of mine. She shut her phone off, took the battery out and left it out and let all the pieces dry-out over night. When she put it back together and turned it back on, it worked fine! And it's been working fine for months now. Also, just to warn you, there is a little white sticker by the battery on most phones, and when it gets wet it turns pink/redish-this voids any warranty/insuance you may have on the phone. Hope it works once it dries out!
Good LUCK!

Water in the phone is causing faulty connections. Remove your battery and dry out your phone for a day or two. If you have a dehumidifier use that or the back of the fridge is a good place. Don't put it in the sun as that may damage your phone. Believe me I've soaked my phone before and this works great.

Well, because water screws up phones. Getting a new one is the only solution, unless they can fix it at your phone place. Since you dropped it in water you will have to pay for it ...unless it's insured.
SOmeone once told me they dropped there phone in a toilet and they used a hairdryer to dry it out, and they said it worked.

Battery and back disguise in many circumstances. enable it out interior the solar and of direction the moisture will evaporate. attempting to teach it on formerly this is completly dry will fry it. I hate to tell you but your phone has water damage so it might not function properly anymore. I have a tmobile razr and dropped it in the sink but luckily it still works but you might want to get another one or leave it out to dry and try to mess with it

Take the battery out, and take the cell phone apart as much as possible, and leave it out to dry for a day.

Before worrying about it vibrating, consider that if it starts working again, you are going to stick it close to your mouth.
Time for a new phone.
