okay i have been exsperiancing this since i was 4 years old..sometimes there little and sometimes its like i feel a full blown war gowing on in me...and plus i have other "spiritual gifts" that i have but i care not to go into detail with becouse of narrow minded people...but im 17 now and i just heard of this thing...but i have it for years and sometimes i float in the air when it happens too!!! can someone tell me why are spirits visiting me??? and if there evil or good?????????

I am very accepting, but I never heard of the former, and very few people have attained the latter.
maybe if you explain the syndrome, more of us could understand

I am not sure about your understanding of old hag syndrome but I know it as something a bit different. It is my understanding that when you wake up from a deep sleep and can not move, breath, or talk, it means that an old hag jumped on to your chest and pinned you down. This has been formally called sleep paralysis and is a well documented sleep disorder.
Your visitings coming from spirits means you proberably have very high amounts of chi. This is my speculation. All beings require energy to sustain themselves including spirits. I believe that they feed off of chi and that places in which more chi is located they are likely to congragate. Much like lemurs stay close to fruit trees.
I do not believe in good and evil, I believe in selfishness and unselfishness. Spirits have to adapt to being dead so naturally they will change into the form that suits them the best. They may use the energy and chi released during fear or from the energy released in a kind act. There is no way to tell save to observe.

If you have gifts, you need to be able to control them. Otherwise, you could possibly be exploited by spirits with their own agenda. They only hang around because you have something they want.
