What a curious question. I had to give it a star. I would hope that I'm in control of my happiness and I would say that about 80% of the time I actually am. I would think that I really need to make that 100% though. But I wonder, if it's at 100%, if that would depreciate the value of my friends and family that I love so dearly and that make my life so happy? What do you think? Things to think about............

sometimes you can be in control of happiness...but you know you just cant help (be in control) when it all hits the fan. I think control over your happiness IMO is a waste of time, cause the only time I am ever happy is when I'm buying stuff...I would SOOO be bankrupt lol

Yeah, I can control how things affect me even if they aren't good, so if i want to be happy, I'll be happy.
