What are some good ways to get a GOOD ratio on torrent invite sites?

I have recently been sent a invite to OiNK and Demonoid. I want to keep a good user ratio so I can continue downloading from the sites. What are some good ways to do this? Thanks!

maintain a 1 : 1 ratio, upload after you're done downloading the file to a ratio of 1.

if not download leecher mods/ or use leecher clients.

do the simple maths problems and enter the site

if not google up azureus / utorrent leecher mods, etc.
one thing about the leecher mods is that you can specify not to upload at all, thus saving some bandwidth, not uploading

and you can FAKE your upload
you could specify a upload of 100kb/s
and the program will do so
thus you can maintain a GOOD ratio easily
