Yes, your symptoms will subside usually by the second trimester. Nothing to worry about unless you start bleeding or cramping severly. My boobs were REALLY sore until about the 13th week; now they aren't sore at all! I never had morning sickness, though (thank goodness)

I dont want to alarm you but go get another ultrasound. This happened to me at 10 weeks and I went to the doctor and he did ultrasound and baby was fine. 3 weeks later I was scheduled for a 3 d ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. Go get checked to be on the safe side. I had no bleeding or any indication that anything was wrong except for this sudden feeling that I wasnt preg. anymore and no more symptoms. I hope everything is ok for you Good luck!!

As you HCG levels start to drop (past the first trimester) your symptoms might start to disappear. That is why some people may have morning sickness longer or shorter than others. As long as the baby is fine, don't worry about it. Just pray you don't get the other symptoms that usually come towards the end of pregnancy (backache, tiredness, etc.).

This happens all the time. For me, nausea or morning sickness only lasts during the first trimester. Once I hit the 3 month mark, they magically disappear. It's a sweet relief & feel free to enjoy every second of it. Don't worry, other problems will pop up later on, such as back pain, etc.
Congrats & Good Luck!

You are almost into your second trimester, so all the morning sickness, sore boobs, etc. will go away now. Second trimester is the greatest - you have the most energy and don't feel very sick.

it is normal for symptoms to come and go because your hormones levels are constantly fluctuating.
