Yes. My ex-boyfriend who is now my best friend. I love him to death, but he's married now so I gotta keep my yap shut about how much I miss him, even though I think he knows it.

Pouring your heart out will simply leave an ugly stain on the rug. Once in a while you might have a friend that will listen, but if you constantly pour on them they will get tired and start to avoid you and then the friendship vanishes. Pouring your heart out on Y!A can be an even more painful lesson of life. People can be very cruel with their comments, they don't have to see the devastation they do, they don't have to answer to anyone. Rather than simply dumping your feelings, ask for advice about your issue, keep on track, keep it simple. You will get many more positive responses that way.

Yes, a couple of people. But sometimes, it goes well, and other times, it doesn't. It is normally good to do a little bit of pouring if you want to, but just keep a bit in the bottom of the jug just in case. Know what I mean?
