well some say the way to tell sometimes if you are a virgin or not is if your hymen is intact which is broken during sex. its located outside of your vagina. but what some dont understand is many girls break their hymen doing sports, strething and very rarely tampons like you mentioned. and im not agreeing with jmp or jpm i foget but shes wrong. hymens dont cover your whole opening only raely do they do that, and then you need surgery so mentraul fluids can get out if you havent broken it yet. mostly hymens are shaped like half moons almost. but there are many different shapes

Yes, they are going to know. Your hyman has nothing to do with it. It can break from riding a horse and from a tampon. Mine however did not break until the first time I had sex. But, I have heard of it breaking from tampons and horseback riding like I said. If you have had sex the only thing the gynecologist will do is take extra smears to run tests for std's which you don't feel those tests anymore than you do the pap smear part. Heck sometimes I don't even realize my doctor has done them. My doctor also acts as my Gynecologist. Don't sweat it because do you realize how many private parts of women this person sees in one day. A lot!!

What everyone has said is true so they can't really tell for sure. However, the gyno will ask you if you are sexually active. If you say no, the next question is "have you ever been sexually active?" If you are or if you ever have been, you should tell the gyno the honest answer. Don't lie! And if you haven't had sex, don't lie and say you have. The reason for going to the gyno is for your own health and well being so don't lie! Just be honest and everything will be fine.

No, the doctor cannot tell. Most girls have at least a partially ruptured hymen by the time they have sex for the first time. In fact, if you have your period you hymen must be at least partially ruptured, otherwise the blood would not be able to get out. However, the doctor will not tell your parents whether or not you are sexually active, and it is really best to be honest with your doctor. If you are sexually active you need information, education, and tests!

It used to be that they could tell by the Hymen. However, with tampons, they can break the hymen.
I broke mine when I was six, falling off of a merry-go-round.
I bled for three days, and I never had one after that.
They can, however, tell sometimes by how the muscles tense.
Also, generally, they don't require you to go have a pap at a young age unless you HAVE had sex.

you're somewhat youthful to be going to the gyno. The "G" shot they are talking approximately is in all hazard Gardasil. this is a drug it particularly is meant to avert cervical maximum cancers. although, it hasn't been thoroughly examined and a few undesirable component outcomes or maybe death have resulted. once you pass, discuss with the well-being care expert your self. tell the well-being care expert which you extremely opt to renowned each and every thing concerning the shot and not purely the fluffy stuff on commercials. i've got heard the shot is greater painful than others. this is given three times and this is generally given like a common shot interior the arm or leg. you will be able to desire to speak to the well-being care expert once you notice them so which you comprehend what's occurring. Take value of your well-being. I on no account have been given it because of the fact they do no longer comprehend lots approximately it. they do no longer even comprehend in case you elect boosters years down the line or how long it lasts. It purely protects you returned 4 of the one hundred lines of HPV (which has been linked to cervical maximum cancers). the actual G spot shot is a shot given to strengthen a woman's sexual adventure round her G spot. That does no longer be for you although.

Either way, you are going to have to tell the Gyno whether you are sexually active or not. For your health!
If you are visiting a Gyno you...are having sex OR you are 18...either way, you should be mature enough to talk about these issues with your gyno. Dont lie either...this is not a good way to start your relationship with your gyno.
So the answer to your question is...there is no answer. They will ask you and you answer...easy as that. They will not Judge you at all.

The hymen has nothing to do with anything since most girls lose theirs as a child.
Why do you care if they know?

technically they can't tell whether you have been masturbating with a dildo or using a man, but if you classify both as sex, then they can tell.
