Every time I try and get in a car the wheels fall off, what could be causing that?

Here's some ideas. Loose some weight. Stop trying to put 13 inch or 20 inch wheels on a car meant for 15 inch wheels. Put the lug nuts on at the proper torque not just finger tight. I have more but I will stop now.
