Here's some ideas. Loose some weight. Stop trying to put 13 inch or 20 inch wheels on a car meant for 15 inch wheels. Put the lug nuts on at the proper torque not just finger tight. I have more but I will stop now.

confident, i think of that it could yet it particularly is not going. If the bearing is super super undesirable and has particularly broken, then it could chop up in a million/2 and your wheel can fall off. although, in case you do no longer pay attention any noise different than a clunking, it is in all risk no longer likely. I had a bad bearing that sounded terrible (like incredibly incredibly undesirable, no mistaking it, human beings looked at me humorous as quickly as I handed) and it scent like burning metallic simply by fact it became sooooooo on the factor of breaking yet I drove it for a pair hundred miles in the previous fixing it simply by fact noone had my section. in any case, i think of the clunking must be your CV joint on one facet, no longer your bearing. additionally, have you ever checked someplace else? I paid $50 for my bearing and $ninety or with the objective to have it put in. you need to do it your self too in case you have the time. i might have yet i did no longer have the time so I paid to have it achieved. $460 ought to pay for factors and exertions for the two your bearing and CV so call around. solid success.
