Only in very rare cases. I've done many cases like this and not one of my non-bio dads were ever awarded any kind of visitation. Bottom line is, the child IS NOT yours and you have no rights to the child. If you want proof positive, have the court order a DNA analysis. That will prove he has no rights to the child. If he has paid child support and you've accepted it, you could be liable to repay anything he's given to you.
State laws do vary. Contact an attorney in your area to see if this is possible.
Good luck!

i keep in mind that in some states if she led him to have self belief he become the daddy and he did the pastime of a father for more suitable than 2 years than he's the criminal father with all a similar rights and under no circumstances something can replace that. Even in states the position that isn't the case, he must be seen the "psychological" father because he's the purely father the toddler is conscious. all of it purely relies upon on the guidelines interior the state the position they stay.

Absolutely not! If the Mom's an idiot, she probably can be coerced into this by a pervert. If this is a man visiting a little girl, I would suggest the gas chamber for both him and her Mom!

The answer is it depends. Not enough info to give you any advice. Go talk to a lawyer.

No he can't get visitation unless he adopted her that would mean his name is on her birth certificate.

Only if you agree to his request. But I don't detect that is going to happen, not in this life time.
