And i get it that if she's got a girlfriend or if she tells you or if she kisses you, but I was just sorta looking to improve my gaydar and wondering if there were little things that flip you off to it in a chick.

There can sometimes be none. Then there are a few (and just a few thankfully) that are still making a 1988 lesbian fashion statement with flannel shirts and combat boots. And there is "the stare". "Shane" hair can be a clue--but some straight girls like it too.
I am preparing a blog in yahoo 360 and on my regular blog to be printed tomorrow on lesbian fashion--you might like it.

Of the only one that I know is the one that my mother-in-law told me. She says that if it's a girl you will get a dark line from your belly button all the way down. If it will be a boy then it's really light or nothing there. It actually worked for me, and even my ob was wrong with his ultrasound machine. I knew my last baby was going to be a boy because of this method he said well that will be if he has small testicles (saying it was a girl). A month later that his assistant gave me another ultrasound for medical purposes said your having a healthy boy. A few months ago I looked at my husbands cousin belly and told her that she was having a girl, but she said she was carrying high and thought it was going to be a boy. On Saturday I saw her again she looked at me and said "it's a girl, you were right" (after her ultrasound).

there's no way of knowing for sure unless you ask her. but that would be rude, so just use your gaydar. is she flirtatious? does she makes a lot of eyes contact? do you sense that she treats you different than other girls? if you like her and want to find out more, hang out with her. the more you spend time together and talk with her, the more you'll find out. if she likes you then she'll signal back.

She makes a direct pass at you, the same way a sexually-aggressive man would. And like a sexually-passive man, she'll woo you with flowers and candy and romantic walks at sunset, that kinda crap.
Otherwise, she is butch or femme; every race, every creed.

um, sometimes its in clothes, uh, most of the time its very hard to tell unless that persons into u, and then its in their eyes. If someone is talking to them and they are looking at you. If you make eye contact and they try to hold your eyes or if they look away really fast. never rely on any stereotypes, because they are rarely true. I've met very "butch" women who were straight, and many lesbians are very feminine.
how do you know if a woman is a lesbian? if she tells you she is. some of us feel like there is a "vibe" sometimes...some of us call it "gaydar." but, it's not always reliable.

Um...she prefers sex with women to the exclusion of men. Only sure way I now how to identify one.
