Check with your state agency and see if they have a training position. In my state they bring on staff at a trainee level, pay to help the person get their B.S. in social work and then hire them into a full-time position.

The field of social work is one of those areas that require at least a Master's degree to be able to work in the field. You might be a clerk in a social work facility, but you will not be able to do much without your degrees. You need to specify what country you live in.
