im sorry to say... but you gotta be lucky enough to find a nice 16 y/o guy. But if yours is kewl, then your lucky. I personally, cant help you because im a 16 y/o girl whose yet to snag a decent guy.. but trust me, there are some good ones out there that like you foryou.. the best advice your gonna get is to be yourself!

If you want him to notice you thats okay.Trying to be sexy is not the way to go,I'm 13 too and I know for a fact that guys like it way better when ur cute/pretty/hot then sexy.Sexy to them is just someone they can use but people who carry themselves higher then that get more respect and get noticed more for being mature like someone his age then like a girl whos trying to be cool and sexy.Think about,it make sense and if you do this,chances are that he'll notice you more then you trying to be a sexy h*e.

you just need confidence. if you dress sexy all hes going to want from you is sex because he is going to think thats all youre good for. dress cute and covered and talk to him with confidence and you will win him. try some natural make up, BRONZER is a must, and go for it
