Why on earth haven't you laughed? Laughing is wonderful!
Laughter makes you feel like your sides are going to bust open, and it makes your abs really sore sometimes. It makes your cheeks hurt. It makes you lose your breath. Sometimes tears well up and come rolling down your cheeks. Sometimes you get light-headed or dizzy. You feel a kinship with those laughing around you. You feel joyous, and carefree, and loved and like you love everyone! It's amazing, and out-of-this world, and almost impossible to explain. A wonderful noise comes out of you, even if it's not pretty, because laughter is one of the most wholesome, cleansing sounds in the world, if it is not malicious.
You really haven't laughed? Chortled? Giggled? Tee-heed a bit? No big-belly Santa Claus laughs? Snickered or sniggered? How? Why? I feel bad for you. I hope there is something in your life soon that will make you happy or amused so you know what it is like to laugh again!
I think I will pray for you, because no one should go through life without laughing at some point during every day!!!!!!!

Laughing feels like a quake in the body and at the same time, neurochemicals called endorphins are released in your brain that give you a sense of pleasure and well-being.
Laughter is a necessary human emotion. If you desire to laugh but are unable to do so, you should seek help. The help doesn't necessarily have to come from a doctor or therapist. It can come from a funny book or movie or from a friend. There aren't many people who can make me laugh out loud so when I find one I spend as much time around them as possible because laughing makes me feel good.

why haven't you laughed in four years? Laughing is great......way better than smiling..it's like all of a sudden you are transported to a whole other world and everything is great. Like, nothing is going to ruin your day because of that moment. Laughing is awesome!

guffawing out of heart is so a lot more suitable than smiling. For those few moments, you do not care about something else in existence, and also you're in a land of euphoria. I wish existence will be like that second each and each of the time.
