Many people love guinea pigs because they make cute sounds and like to cuddle. But you would need to get two because they like to have a companion.

If you want small and fuzzy and don't like rodents then i can't think of anything, but maybe you could rethink a cat. Other than initial costs they really aren't all that expensive to take care of. I spend about 25 a month for food and litter, and i use really expensive crystal litter. You could get by on much less. Shots and checkup are about 35 a year for my area. You would need to nueter the kitty, but that is a one time expense you can save for.

If you do not want rodents, the closest things you can get to what you asked for is a bird or a chihuahua.

only rodents are tiny and fuzzy sorry, but I had a crab once and it is tiny and they let you hold them, but you need to get two they like to be together. Of course a tarantula is another fuzzy option. You can hold them too. they are pretty cool acutally.

I would suggest a rabbit they don't take up a lot of space they aren't rodents they can be litter trained and they are soft and cuddly I recommend that you get a male though.

If you don´t mind hyperactive pets and fuzzyness is important why not a hamster or dwarf rabbit.

For non fuzzy ones you could put a heremit crab in your fish tank http://www.hermit-crabs.com/shells.html

hamsters are real easy.....and cute and if you get them young and handle them lots, they can be really great....plus they don't eat a lot and it's not hard to check water and food bowls every day....rats are another good pet.....they are a bit more work cuz they eat and drink more, but if you have the room for a decent sized cage, then they're cool......some rats love to give "kisses" by licking you and they can also groom you....my rat loves grooming me while i pet him....he's so calm........anyways, i hope some of this helps.

hey, if you go to kijiji.com and go to pets/ free
you will find alot there that need a home, i run a rescue and adoption service for animals that need a place to go, rabbits are great, i have ones with floppy ears and long hair, huge ones and tiny ones and babies on the way, also, chinchillas are great but can get pricey..people think guinea pigs are great but they smell take alot of cleaning and scream and whine, if thats for you then go for it, theres things likesugar gliders but they dont like to be held as much, go to your search engine, type in kijiji// and then your city name and it will come up with the stuff for your area.
or you can also go to prideandjoypethaven.tripod.com, theres no pictures yet but if you want, you can contact me.:) good luck:)

i wouldn't sugest a mouse, hampster or anything like that, they smell and are quite some work...i also wouldn't sugest anything that lives in water because it is hard to clean and gets dirty very fast...well rabbits are ok but they are outside animals and smell a little...i have 2 dogs and they are wonderful but they can cost you money sometimes...

reptiles are pretty cool and they aren't much work at all but they aren't fuzzy...i wish you luck

Silly, you already have a pet.
Small, fuzzy,low maintenance................
It's your boyfriend!!!!!!!!!!
Feed and water on a regular basis. Don't forget to let outside often until he is potty trained. Teach him lots of tricks and he will keep you amused for years to come!!!!!!!!!!!
