I severly pulled( possibly tore) my hamstrings a couple of years ago playing softball. I basically need to know the best excercised to strengthen them, especially where the glutes and hams meet.

leg squats and exercise equipment at the gym that is made specifically for exercising the hamstrings. You shouls take it lighy sonce you pulled your hamsring. You should try talking to a doctor or a trainer before exercising though.

A REALLY good one is to put the ball of your feet off the edge of a step and hang the rest of your feet off the step and lift your body up and down just on the balls. Good luck!
