There are a lot of poor Gothic souls who believe that since they drink their lover's blood that they are vampires. There are even those who believe they are immortal and can fly. I'm just wondering what drives these people to believe that? Was it something that happened in their childhood? Are they trying to explain their blood fetish, by saying that they NEED blood to survive? Are they so afraid of death that they convince themselves that they can't die? What is it? If you are a 'vampire' I would be very glad to hear your opinion please?

I don't mean 'poor' as in having no money. I mean i think it's sad that some people are delusional and can't face reality.

Hate to say it . . . but how do we know they're not vampires? Not in the living un-dead sort of way, but just people who have those certain traits? I'm a skeptic, but I'm open to believing what people feel, and if they truly feel like vampires, well, that's fine with me. I do worry about those who believe they're immortal and can fly (can you say danger?), but otherwise, let 'em be.

Chronalogically speaking, Vampires have been documented in history as far back as 1047. That doesn't necessarily mean they existed or that they exist to this day, but truely, I think it could be possible. Babies are born without hands, extra limbs, two heads, why is it not possible for someone to have longer canines and an afinity to blood? There have been unexplainable sitings right up until present time. People have said for years ghosts don't exist, but I find there is refutable truth that they do. There are lots of things that we don't understand, but not understanding does not make them not so. I keep an open mind, and a high collar.

Uh, I think you need to lay off the CSI and Criminal Mind shows for a while.

You're making a very broad and ignorant generalization about homeless and impoverished people. While I'm sure a very, very, very small percentage of homeless people actually think they're vampires, it would be a bit hard to pinpoint exactly why they think that way. It could just be mental derailment after all the hardships they've faced on top of the childhood experiences they may have had.

I have often wondered about this myself.I think they need to belong somewhere.. somewhere that its different ..A delussion to make them feel like they are someone special..Also there are people that its just like playing pretend.. and some its has been known to be a medical condition I don't know what the name is but have seen it on television.. but mostly.. I think its like a gang..People need to feel they belong to someone or something .. so they seek what makes them special to them

i know afew people like that. the reason they think that their vampires is simply because they dont fit in anywhere else, theyve grown up lonely with not many friends at all so over time they tell themselvs things and adventually they beleive it.

weirdest people ever to live but its there choice...

An hour ago you asked how to attract vampires.... Not really sure what you want here. Vampires don't exist, and neither do werewolves, superman, spiderman, and the x-men.

I'm not a vampire, but I think that's pretty strange to think that you're a vampire. They don't exist, but if they did, that'd be freakin' awesome. =)
