Sleep sacks or gowns. You can get them anywhere, and the Gerber ones come in 3 packs.

Oh, and I had to laugh because for a second I thought you meant special PJ's for babies who literally didn't have legs. There's that mommy brain syndrome again...

Lightweight ones are called baby gowns. They have a draw string at the bottom in case you want to close it up.. as baby gets bigger tho its fun to let it remain open so they can kick their legs. Heavier ones are called Blanket Buntings or blanket sleeper bags. They are closed at the bottom (no drawstring) but are like a bag (with no legs). they are nice when the baby is tiny and doesn't stretch his legs out yet. I used both kinds.

Well, I call them kickers, I love them, but I do believe they are technically referred to as blanket sleepers. They also have them now, where they are convertible, they have a few extra snaps and can be with legs or without, but they don't close, they just hang open, which can be handy when baby needs to be in a carseat or other seats w/ a crotch strap.

It's a sleeper gown. You can buy them most everywhere baby clothes are sold.
