Turned on my 360 and got those lucky lucky lights. All but top right flashing. Any ideas before i try and melt it with the towel trick??
Machine is out of warranty too so last ditch attempt !!!!! Thanks

Is it first gen? They might replace it anyway, they did mine, I think it was because they know that there were some issues. Call them.

First of all take your hard drive off then boot up your 360. Power it down then reattach your hard drive.
Switch it back on and 9 times out of 10 it should solve the problem.
Hope that cures it for you.

I'd recommend you call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and see what tech support recommends. As another poster mentioned, they may replace the box or at least let you know how much repaire might cost.
