If he hasn't done it by now or years ago, he is NOT GOING TO!!!! Why change things now when he hasn't had to in years. Give him the ultimatum and see what he does. If he does not want to change things(divorce) GET OUT of that stagnet (so-called) relationship.

Move out. There is no future with a married man and he is still married. He may be avoiding a divorce for many reasons, including the issue of money.

Divorce is time consuming and very expensive, not to mention very, very painful. It's not something you go down to the courthouse and get like buying a pair of sneakers. If he doesn't feel like he "needs one" then i wouldn't pressure him into it. He knows he should do it but it's a lot to ask. What you can do is be supportive and let him talk to you about it and let him lean on you, cause he'll need it.
Now if you are pregnant or discussing marriage with this man, then it's your place to push a bit. But if it's not there yet it's not your business.

I think if the relationship is over, there would be no good reason not to file papers. It would be in his best interest to do it before she does so he can be better guaranteed not to loose his shirt. I would ask him straight up why he hasn't done it yet - you ARE living with a married man of which I never recommend.

Once again another rendition of THE OTHER WOMAN! The man is married! He's not free and neither is she. However, HE BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HE'S NEVER GOING TO GET A DIVORCE!
Why oh why do so many women mix themselves up with MARRIED men? How absolutely stupid can you be? They never leave their wives. They never tell you the truth. YOU ARE A SEX TOY! Nothing more. DUMP HIM AND FIND SOMEONE WHO IS SINGLE, AS IN NOT MARRIED!

I could not be kids, cause they should be grown up adults now. i have a friend of mine that is in the same situation and he says that he is not willing to file for it because then he will be loosing a good chunk of money. I must say that he should be honest with you.

I think he still has feelings for her.Because if he didn't he would of been divorce. But I feel if he does not get a divorce soon. That you should leave him. Because he does not have any intentions on being with you long term.

There's really no need for him to get one, him and his wife aren't bothered by what the other is doing.
