Maximilien Robespierre, the Incorruptible, hands down.
Why? He was the point of the French Revolution. For some years, France was at his command. I always have had a soft spot for those who can grab a country's attention and bend them to their will, especially like him, who almost created himself like a god. So fascinating.
If I could pick a time to meet him at that certain time during the Revolution, probably after he fell, before his execution, minus the bullet that shattered his jaw. I'd like to see how a fallen hero handles himself, in the nicest possible way.

I would absolutely love to spend about a week with George Washington after he had been President for about two years. I would like to learn his thoughts on freedom and the start of a new country.

Jesus Christ ! It just amazes me how people can hate someone who did nothing but help other people. But it happens all the time.
