Sometimes out of nowhere I feel down and depressed. I used to feel this a lot when I was teenager. But now at 26 I am feeling the same mood change..if not often. What causes that.
Well I am a foreginer living in the US ..single...well I felt same stuff even when living with parents back home....
Any ideas any remedies?

You might want to go see your doctor about the possibility of having Bipolar Disorder. From what you're describing it sounds a lot like what my younger sister has. She has been formally diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and taking a prescription to treat it. Without the prescription she is a basket case.

I think everyone gets that at some times, I do too, I think it is just hormonal/chemical in your brain, sometimes the ratios of neurotransmitters get a bit out of whack and you feel crap.

Apparently regular exercise is the best treatment, helps regulate the production of these chemicals by endorphin production. Good luck!

All jokes aside, your mood swings could be due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. If at all possible, see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

One reason is that you have a physical problem that can be checked and altered with medications and the other reason is that you have a mental problem of serious consequences or finally you simply get that way every now and then and will overcome it soon like always. Get help if it is serious and if it is routine well...

this is common i imagine, I have it too, yet with me it in uncomplicated words takes position interior the iciness months - so seasonal. i'm a contented guy interior the hotter, sunnier months. perchance I might want to leave England and connect the different Brits in Spain or maybe the u . s .! Mine insects me as they could replace each few hours or so; it truly receives on my nerves.
