my friend and i went to target the other day and tried on bras i first tried on a 30 but it didn't fit. I was looking for a 28 but they didn't have any.

If your question is if it's normal to wear a size 28 bra ... then yes. Just as normal for the next woman to try on a different size. Everyone is different and there isn't a "normal" size. Try other stores, or maybe look online. Try hanes.com

I think I was in 4th or 5th grade when I first started wearing a bra. Technically I should have been in a 30, but I don't think they had them that small then (13 years ago) so I just wore a 34 like everyone else. So if your question is, is it normal to start wearing them at that age, Yes. Or if it's normal to have that band size, Yes. Because your bodies are still maturing, you may be a 28 or 30 now, but in a few years your frame may widen out and you may fit into a 32 or 34.
To Leori above...7th grade, or age 12 is the average for girls to start developing, but that's not for everyone. When I was in 4th grade there were girls that had already started their periods and they were already wearing C and D cups...at age 9! The normal age to start overall developing is between age 8-14, so if you fall anywhere in this category, then you are normal.

Bra's come in different sizes for a reason, and that reason is because we are all different. It is normal in fact to not need a bra in 5th grade, and if I remember right my parents got me what was, way back in the middle ages, called a training bra (aka now a sports bra.) I don't think I got into that until after 6th grade. So your good.

I was like an A- until sophmore year of hs, but everyone develops at different rates. Chances are you will get teasted some if you havent allready but don't let it get you down. Be comfortable with yourself and respect your body.... oh and be happy your not so flat the walls are jelous cuz I was, and thats no fun eather.

be soo freaking glad your still a 28 (im guessing A or AA) beca8se let me tell you.. having boobs SUCKS! I dont care if guys think its a good thing for chicks to have a big rack.. IT SUX!
i've been wearing a bra since 4th grade and it only gets worse! i'm a freakin 36D and im only 16... What if i get even bigger? theres a scary thought!

Everyone is different - just look at the other girls in your grade. You are normal for you and that is all that matters.

oh yes 5th grades especially your growing and your small its nothing weird lots of yournger girls are petite and it will be a few years to grow in but itll happen

umm like what size what? a, b.... it's totaly normal to be not developed in grade five. you like only start puberty in grade 7.
