They are hormonal medications that prevent pregnancy from occurring, but they do not prevent STDs. Birth control pills have to be taken every single day at about the same time in order for them to be effective.
BC pills are also used to control the painful symptoms that many women experience during the time of their period. They help prevent headaches, cramping, and they lessen the length of menstruation for many women. Overall, they help to make your menstrual cycle more regular.

They are Birth control the control birth and shorten your periods and also chances of getting pregnant. The come in pill , the ring, a shot just ask your doctor about it.

pills that keep your body from ovulating therefore you don't get pregnant.. it makes your body feel like its pregnant so it doesn't release an egg..
