Where can I get up to the minute starting lineups before the NBA game has actually tipped?

I am in a weekly fantasy league, and I always see people subbing out their last minute scratches on Mondays at 7 eastern, before the games have tipped. For example, this week TJ Ford did not play due to ankle, and this guy replaced him at the last minute. Where do you get this type of information?
