Just calm down...take10 minutes to yourself, take a nice hot bath, read a book, listen to some music, just let everything around you stop for a few moments a day and the stress will slowly dissipate

step back, relax.
don't go out or answer the phone. take a hot bath and read a good book.
take time for yourself.

Do less. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't do the play. If you want to do all of this stuff, then quit complaining about it.
