The discharge could be a sign that your pregnant, but there are usually more significant signs that you did not mention. Only an over the counter urine pregnancy test can really solve this dilemma for you. If your not pregnant, consider some other explanations including some STD's where thick, milky, discharges in a female are more pronounced and noticeable such as Clymidia. If there is a coloration (yellow, brown, or greenish) to the discharge then Bacterial Vaginosis is a consideration. This is not always an STD, but may occur as the pH of the vagina changes due to some other environmental conditions. If these is a particularly bad odor involved with the discharge, then it may be a trichamonas infection which has more potential to be sexually transmitted. If it is a clymidia infection it can lay dormant for a long time in a female and eventually be the cause of a Pelvic Inflammatory Infection (PID) which, if it reaches up into the Fallopian tubes, can scar them sufficiently to be the cause for a tubal pregnancy in the future. Tubal pregnancies can become life threatening if not caught early. You really need to be examined by a GYN professional and seek out the proper diagnosis as this is nothing to play with.

Kaitie, this is a serious question for crying out loud...geez...some people these days.

For the orginial poster, yes, you should take a test. It's a good idea to find out asap so you can prepair for it.

If you are...

And, If I undertand your question correctly...I would talk with your parents and the parents of the other person involved in this. Hiding this won't fix anything and will cause more issues. Work it out with them.

Good luck!

how old are you? you sound 13ish, it might not be that your pregnant it could just be that your body is fighting infection, sometimes youll discharge more often and much more depending on when. If you think you are pregnant go to a doctor, and if you are, and its an accident, hopefully you'll learn from your stupidity, wear a condom!
