Brunette
I think that your eyebrows are too dark to be blonde, plus your skintone looks better with you as a brunette. There's nothing wrong with being pale, but I felt that it was too "cool" instead of "warm" toned. It looked very fake in my opinion.

Brunette definitely! I am a professional hair stylist. With your skin tone and eye color, brunette is your color. Of course, you could put a few, just a few blonde foils in it to give it some depth.

The blonde really washes you out, your eyes relly pop as the brunette and your complexion is great.
