Dont know if he can get them to the Super Bowl...that will depend on the front office getting him the players he needs but he is a brilliant offensive mind. He will solve your QB problems (his last 2 pupils were Brees and Rivers....he got it right with both of them) and was very good with the U of M QBs during his time there. You got a guy with a load of potential to do good things but like with all coaches he will be as good as the personnel that the team provides him with and the coaching staff he is able to assemble.

Wow. Super Bowl! After 6-10, a winning record in 2007 would be a good starting point. Maybe win a playoff game in '08. Can't realistically expect the Dolphins to contend for anything in the next 2 years. They need to improve at all offensive skill positions and their defense is aging. Much work to be done. I'm hopeful though. GO FISH!

AFC east is just too competitve...Pats will reload of course, the suprise Jets will just get better and the Fins still have no QB and a lot of older players on Defense. Saban was just abandoning the sinking ship...he saw no way to get that ship to sail so the scuttled the ship.
