You never need such a thing. Plenty of enzymes and bacteria in that sewage. Selling that stuff is a scam. Dont pay your hard earned money for such a scam product.
If you are dumping wash water with detergent from a washer into that same system that is very bad. Here in my locale. We have a seperate bed of rocks about 6 feet square and 3 feet deep acting as a cess pool to dump our laundry water into it. Remember, laundry water contains clorine and powerful agents that kill bacteria.

We use RID-X here in the US. Use of lots of bleach and other chemicals CAN destroy the natural enzymes in your septic tank. Look on the internet and find out what is available in India.

Just get a quart of milk. Set in on the counter at room temperature for a few days until it is obviously sour. Pour it into a toilet & flush. The bacteria in the milk will refresh the bacteria in your tank.
Repeat in two weeks then every month or two for normal maintenance.
