Brachioradialis is in the forearm and really doesnt have anything to do with building biceps but because brachialis lies beneath biceps, here is how to build it up. Brachilais is called the "drinking muscle" becauce when you raise a beer to your mouth that is the action of the muscle. Eg: arm at side raising the forearm with thumb pointed to ceiling. You can lift weights of an appropriate amount for you in this manner. Make sure to lift the weight and lower it slowly as both motions help build muscle.
